Product overview:
This product is a kind of waterproofing sheets made with styrene-butadiene-sty
rene (SBS) block copolymer modified asphalt as the coating layer. It is internally
mixed with chemical root inhibitors, reinforced with a polyester base, and
covered on the surface with polyethylene film (PE), providing root resistance
properties.
 

Application:
Applicable for waterproofing works in areas such as building roofs that
have planting requirements and basement ceilings.

 1. It has dual functions of waterproofing and preventing the penetration of plant
roots, capable of withstanding puncturing by plant roots and maintaining
waterproofing for a long term;
2. It can form a high-strength waterproof layer, exhibiting strong resistance to
hydrostatic pressure, puncturing, tearing, and fatigue;
3. It prevents root penetration without affecting normal plant growth;
4. Its resistance to high and low temperatures is excellent, suitable for use in both
cold and hot regions;
5. It has high tensile strength and elongation, effectively accommodating
substrate shrinkage, deformation, and cracking;
6. It shows excellent resistance to corrosion and mold;
7. It is applied using the hot-melt method, making it convenient for application,
and it exudates oil easily when exposed to fire.
