Product Introduction
HYQ®-100 Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing membrane is a novel waterproofing material manufactured via an extrusion process. It is produced by polymerizing ethylene-propylene rubber and polypropylene using a specialized blending technique, with the addition of various additives such as antioxidants, light stabilizers, and high-efficiency flame retardants. Free from toxic and hazardous substances, this membrane is classified as an eco-friendly and green waterproofing material. The product complies with the requirements of the GB27789-2011 standard, *Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Waterproofing Membranes*, as well as FM certification standards.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
Exhibits excellent low-temperature performance, retaining its flexibility even at -40°C to meet the requirements of severe cold regions;
The white surface features outstanding solar reflectivity, thereby reducing energy consumption;
Utilizes hot-air welding technology, resulting in high seam peel strength for enhanced safety and reliability;
Offers superior chemical resistance, meeting operational requirements in environments exposed to acids, alkalis, salts, and similar substances;
Possesses exceptional weather resistance, allowing for long-term use in exposed outdoor environments;
Demonstrates excellent flame-retardant properties, meeting the requirements for FM certification.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD:
It is primarily applied in exposed single-layer roofing waterproofing projects, and can also be utilized in large-scale venues, airports, and similar projects.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD:
Mechanically Fastened Installation Process: Substrate Cleaning → Laying Polyethylene Film and Insulation Boards → Pre-laying TPO Waterproofing Membrane → Fastener Installation → Hot-Air Welding → Reinforcement of Detail Areas → Inspection and Trimming → Final Acceptance.

CONSTRUCTION METHOD:
During storage and transport, products of different types and specifications must be stacked separately and not intermixed. Protect from direct sunlight and rain, and ensure adequate ventilation. Storage temperatures must not exceed 45°C; when stored horizontally, stacks should not exceed five layers in height, while vertical storage is limited to a single layer. Contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, and similar substances is strictly prohibited.
During transport, prevent tilting or lateral compression; cover with a tarpaulin if necessary.
