HYQ®-102 non-bitumen-based polymer self-adhesive pre-laid waterproof membrane is a new type of polymer waterproof membrane made of modified high-density polyethylene as the base material, thermally bonded with a non-bitumen-based polymer self-adhesive layer. The isolation layer is made of special-performance sand particles or aging-resistant polyethylene silicone oil film. The product meets the requirements of pre-laid P-type in GB/T23457-2017 "Pre-laid Waterproof Membranes".

Construction methods and techniques:
Plane Construction: Clean the substrate → Mark lines on the substrate → Lay pre-applied waterproof membrane → Overlap treatment → Detail treatment → Reinforcing steel binding → Pour concrete.

Vertical Construction: Install facade supports → Mark lines on the substrate → Lay pre-applied waterproof membrane → Mechanically fix the membrane → Overlap treatment → Detail treatment → Reinforcing steel binding → Pour concrete.

Tunnel Arch Construction: Tunnel arch → Mark lines on the substrate → Install supports → Lay pre-applied waterproof membrane → Mechanically fix the membrane → Overlap treatment → Detail treatment → Reinforcing steel binding → Pour concrete.

- Construction Key Points -
* The membrane can be laid directly on "not fully cured concrete" or a damp substrate without standing water, but the substrate should be flat, firm, and free of significant standing water.

* The long sides of the membrane should use self-adhesive overlap with an 80mm overlap width. The short sides should use 80mm wide adhesive tape overlap. The overlap areas at the ends of the membrane should be staggered.

• When installing on vertical surfaces, mechanically secure the self-adhesive edges every 400-600mm within 10-20mm of the membrane edge, ensuring the secured areas are completely covered by the membrane.

• Reinforcing bars can be placed directly on top of the membrane without any protection, but care should be taken not to damage the waterproofing layer. Concrete should be poured within 15 days after membrane installation. Use 80mm wide adhesive tape for overlap, ensuring the overlap areas at the membrane ends are staggered.

Storage and Transportation:
During storage and transport, products of different types and specifications must be stacked separately and not intermixed. They should be protected from direct sunlight and rain, and adequate ventilation must be ensured. Storage temperatures must not exceed 45°C; when stored horizontally, the stacking height should not exceed five layers, while vertical storage is limited to a single layer. Contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, and similar substances is strictly prohibited. During transport, care must be taken to prevent tilting or lateral compression; if necessary, the load should be covered with a tarpaulin.
