OXD"-T Polymer Waterproofing Membrane—also known as Thermoplastic Polyolefin-Polyester Composite Waterproofing Membrane—is a polymer waterproofing material produced via a single-pass extrusion process. It utilizes a thermoplastic elastomer (TPO) as its core material, with non-woven fabrics specially bonded to both its upper and lower surfaces using a specialized manufacturing technique. During installation, a dedicated adhesive is employed to bond the membrane firmly with the substrate, thereby forming a cohesive waterproofing layer that achieves a flawless waterproofing effect. This product complies with the requirements for the FS2 classification as stipulated in standard Q/3208290X001-2019, *HYQ-T Polymer Waterproofing Membrane*, or GB/T18173.1-2012, *Polymer Waterproofing Materials—Part 1: Sheets*.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
Featuring double-sided fabric lamination, the material achieves full adhesion simultaneously with both the substrate and the upper structural layer; the adhesion rate exceeds 95%, effectively eliminating water channeling. A specialized composite polypropylene non-woven fabric bonds with cement-based adhesives to form an interlocking mesh structure, resulting in exceptional bonding strength. It demonstrates outstanding tensile performance, with an elongation at break exceeding 600%—a figure 20 times greater than that of asphalt-based membranes. The material is lightweight—weighing only one-eighth as much as asphalt-based waterproofing membranes—facilitating ease of transport and installation. It exhibits superior low-temperature performance, remaining flexible and free from brittle cracking even at temperatures as low as -40°C.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Primarily utilized for waterproofing projects involving roofs, underground structures, interior spaces, and balconies. It is also applicable to a wide range of other waterproofing applications, including integrated utility tunnels, subway tunnels, reservoir dams, water tanks and swimming pools, cofferdams, irrigation canals, landfills, and sewage treatment plants.
