Product Introduction
HYQ®-101 Non-Bituminous Polymer Self-Adhesive Waterproofing Membrane is a high-performance composite waterproofing material featuring a multi-layered structure. Its primary waterproofing layer consists of a specially formulated polymer film, which is overlaid by a polymer self-adhesive layer, a weather-resistant coating, and a release layer. This membrane exhibits excellent light transmission properties and features pre-reserved overlap zones along both longitudinal edges, making it ideally suited for installation using the pre-laid reverse-bonding method.

Features:
Achieves full adhesion with subsequently poured concrete, preventing water channeling and significantly enhancing the reliability of the waterproofing system;
Features a lightweight and transparent material, with overlap zones ideally suited for welded installation—offering both convenience and high efficiency;
Exhibits excellent durability and chemical resistance, capable of lasting for the entire service life of the structure;
Environmentally friendly and free of harmful chemicals, ensuring no contamination of water sources or soil.\:

Scope of Application:
Suitable for waterproofing projects in various tunnels and underground spaces, such as highway tunnels, railway tunnels, utility tunnels, hydraulic tunnels, subway section tunnels, underground storage caverns, and other similar structures, as well as underground spaces constructed using the "external waterproofing, internal lining" method.

Construction Methods and Processes:
- Construction Process -
Initial Support Surface Preparation → Laying and Securing Geotextile → Laying Pre-applied Waterproofing Membrane → Overlap Joint Treatment → Treatment of Equipment Chamber Junctions → Rebar Tying → Concrete Pouring
- Key Construction Points -
If the flatness of the support surface fails to meet code requirements (D/L ≥ 1/6), technical personnel shall determine—based on actual project conditions—whether to implement remedial measures such as chipping or leveling.
When laying the waterproofing membrane, sufficient slack must be provided to accommodate the flatness of the substrate.
The reserved overlap sections between horizontal and vertical membrane sheets must be protected in advance to prevent contamination during concrete pouring, which could compromise subsequent jointing.

Storage and Transport:
During storage and transport, products of different types and specifications must be stacked separately and not intermixed. They should be protected from direct sunlight and rain, and adequate ventilation must be ensured. Storage temperatures must not exceed 45°C; when stored horizontally, the stacking height should not exceed five layers, while vertical storage is limited to a single layer. Contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, and similar substances is strictly prohibited. During transport, care must be taken to prevent tilting or lateral compression; if necessary, the load should be covered with a tarpaulin.
