Product Introduction
HYQ®-210 thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) self-adhesive waterproof membrane is a waterproof membrane suitable for non-exposed waterproofing projects, with thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) as the base material and hot melt adhesive covering the bottom surface. The main performance of the product meets the requirements of GB 27789-2011 "Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Waterproof Membrane" standard. The product also conforms to GB/T23260-2009 "Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Waterproof Membrane".
Features:
With an elongation rate exceeding 700%, it effectively resists substrate deformation; Excellent low-temperature resistance, it remains pliable even when bent at -40℃, making it suitable for frigid regions; Good flexibility allows it to conform more closely to the substrate surface; Resistant to heat aging and exhibits good dimensional stability; Overlapping edges are hot-air welded for enhanced safety and reliability; Excellent weather resistance, allowing for a lifespan comparable to the structure when used in non-exposed applications.
Scope of application:
It is mainly used in basements, subway tunnels, utility tunnels, and other similar locations.
Construction methods and techniques:
Full adhesion method construction process: base surface cleaning → positioning and marking lines → laying of roll material → roll material overlap → reinforcement of joints → finishing treatment → acceptance inspection.
Storage and Transportation:
During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and not mixed. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and rain, and ensure good ventilation. The storage temperature should not exceed 45℃. When storing flat, the stacking height should not exceed 5 layers; when storing upright, stack in a single layer. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents. During transportation, prevent tilting or horizontal pressure; cover with tarpaulins if necessary.
